Our Fantasy guru, James Morris, has provide fantasy breakdowns of the quarterbacks, running backs and wide receivers in recent weeks, but now he turns his attention to a position that is becoming more and more important in fantasy football: the tight end. Check out his 2012 fantasy tight end rankings here:
1) Rob Gronkowski: Gronk is without question one of the top two players at the TE position, and almost never came off the field last season.
With their fourth round pick in last week’s draft, the Dolphins selected wide receiver Edmond Gates out of Abilene Christian University. If there’s one thing you need to know about the guy they call “Clyde,” it’s this: he is fast. Really fast.
At this year’s Combine, Gates ran a 4.37 40-yard dash, the third fastest of anyone there and the fastest of all the receivers.
On this day to give thanks, we figured it would be nice to step aside from football for a half-moment and tell everyone what we’re thankful for. Of course, with this group, a lot of what we’re thankful for seems to have something to do with football, so this really isn’t all that much of a departure.
The Miami Dolphins look for their first home win of the 2010 season as they welcome the Tennessee Titans to Sun Life Stadium. This is the 32nd all-time meeting between these two franchises and the 9th since the Titans moved from Houston to Tennessee. Last season, the Fins dropped a 27-24 decision in overtime to the Titans in Nashville, but have won two of the last three meetings between the teams.
