Bob McGinn, Packers beat writer for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, joins the program to give his insight on Green Bay offensive coordinater Joe Philbin, who has interviewed for the Dolphins Head Coaching position. Also, don’t miss McGinn’s scouting report on Packers QB Matt Flynn, who figures to be a valued commodity this off-season around the NFL.

Welcome to the Miami Dolphins Coach Philbin!!!! Great move. Can he call plays? thats a dumb question! If he writes them, game plans them, and has always had the team so well prepared that the coach can come in and call whatever is on the sheet, and it will work! Tells me he has an outstanding mind and coaching skill. I think him now being able to call his plays can only make him and his new team better! Look at his stats and track record….always promoted, always got better, started at the bottom, and worked his way up. Nothing handed to him. Thats the kind of coach any team should want. Any time in his career he has moved up he has been on the top of that field. A better question, is why would being a head coach be any different? Its his time now, and the Miami Dolphins are being Blessed with it. And much needed I might add!
