Here we go, two nobodies (Ross and Ireland), searching for another nobody coach. Where is the BIG name coach we were promised? Still sitting in his nice warm studio, is that right MR Cowher? We have no chance of getting anyone of the calibre of Cowher to come and coach us while we have this pair of tossers in charge. Ireland must be shown the exit door, like Sparano was, and sooner rather than later. It is make your mind up time, Ross. The choices are simple:
    1. Carry on with Ireland in the job, get a no-name, yes-man coach and find that next year, the year after, and the year after that, will be exactly the same as this year.
    2. Get rid of Ireland, this is a no-brainer, get in a proven, big name, winner for a coach and let him have total control.
    3. Let both you and Ireland leave through the nearest exit, do not pass go, do not collect £200, do not look back, we don’t want either of you here, you are destroying our beloved Dolphins.
I know which of these options I personally prefer and in the order I prefer them; 3, 2 and 1.
Hurry up and sell the franchise to someone who cares abojut it and has some clue of what they are doing. We want the Dolphins back to winning and being a storied franchise, whilst you two idiots are running the show then that is not going to happen, please remember to sweitch the light out as you both leave.

I agree with all the above! Ross wouldn’t know a football if it hit him in the ass.

I would just be very interested in knowing why Irland means so much to Ross?????? He should hold a prss confrence, to address the fans and national media and explain himself. Then maybe he could watch it back and see how silly he sounds.
