The former Dolphins All-Pro linebacker, John Offerdahl, comes in studio with Chef Gregory McGowan, from the Pelican Landing at the Hyatt Regency Pier 66, to preview the Stradford Short Ribs entry, prepared deliciously by Chef McGowan. Make sure to watch Sims and Stradford trash talk before next week’s charity event, in which they will compete along with Dan Marino, Mark Duper and many other Dolphins legends.
