According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Smith has agreed to terms with the Fins.

The four-year veteran out of Colorado State played in 14 games last season at the guard position for the Rams, starting in twice. Smith is considered by many to be very physical, downhill type of run blocker. He played under current Fins offensive line coach John Benton his rookie year with the Houston Texans.
