Giants GMYesterday, the Dolphins reportedly interviewed Eagles QB coach Bill Lazor for the open offensive coordinator position. Today, they’re reportedly looking at someone else from the NFC East for their open general manager position. According to Tom Rock of Newsday, the Dolphins have requested and received permission to interview New York Giants vice president of player evaluation Marc Ross for the open GM position.

Ross has been with the Giants since 2007, and started running their drafts the year after. He’s in charge of the Giants college scouting department and the team’s draft. Before that, Ross also spent time within the Philadelphia Eagles and Buffalo Bills scouting departments.
