Earlier in the day, the Miami Dolphins reportedly brought in receiver Lestar Jean to work out and signed wideout Kevin Cone. But it looks like that won’t stop them from adding another wide receiver to a roster that will eventually grow to 90 players by training camp.
Per FOX Sports 1 NFL Insider Mike Garafolo, the Dolphins will sign former Arizona Cardinals receiver Michael Rios.

Rios made the Cardinals offseason roster last year, but did not appear in any games (preseason or regular season), as he was waived during training camp. He’s the first player in the history of the Marist football program to have signed a contract with an NFL team. Rios, 24, is a South Florida native who was born in Miami and went to Belen Jesuit High School.
