By on March 15, 2013 at 4:50 pm

GibsonWith Mike Wallace and Dustin Keller already in tow, the Dolphins are apparently not finished adding offensive pieces in free agency.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the team and free-agent receiver Brandon Gibson have agreed to terms.

Gibson, a 2009 sixth-round pick out of Washington State, spent the last four seasons in St. Louis. In 2012, he was a solid producer for the Rams, finishing with 51 catches for a career-high 691 yards and five touchdowns. Gibson, 25, had one of his better games of the year against the Dolphins last year at Sun Life Stadium, grabbing seven passes for 91 yards. The four-year veteran has career totals of 174 catches for 2,090 yards and nine touchdowns.

Hmmmm not real fast (4.5 40) not real big (6’0″) but appears to have an ability to find ways to get open and only dropped 5 balls last season. Yeah there is a good reason to try him out.
