REPORT: Dolphins To Sign TE Dustin Keller

dustin-kellerAfter a couple of days of speculation and visits it appears the Dolphins are adding another tight end to the roster, as ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the team has agreed to terms on a one-year contract with former Jet Dustin Keller.


The 28-year old had 17 touchdown catches in his first five-seasons in the league, including four against the Dolphins.

    It will be interesting to see how often he is thrown to. Keller had the benefit of Sanchez’s decision process as per Rex Ryan of
    “if the Cornerbacks dont fall down , toss to Keller”
    Tanne actually tries to throw down the field, or he will keep the ball. the one year contract was a great decision to measure actual usefulness in the new system.
