The three-day event is designed to target prospective head coaching and front office candidates, giving them the chance to attend informative presentations, speeches and panels as well as providing networking opportunities with current NFL owners, general managers, coaches, executives and team presidents.
Two participants from each team — 64, in total — will be nominated by their team and then selected by the league office.
“We are pleased to offer this program to provide a diverse group of coaching and front office talent with the tools and networking opportunities to take the next step in their careers,” said Commissioner Roger Goodell. “This symposium will help develop our coaching and front office pipeline and build on the progress we have made over the past decade.”
A handful of future NFL head coaches and team executives participated in past , which ran from 1998-2008. Attendees included: Leslie Frazier, John Harbaugh, Ron Rivera, Chuck Pagano, Mike Smith, Trent Baalke, John Schneider and John Dorsey
