Texans Coach Praises Tannehill

As the Dolphins and Texans get ready for Sunday’s opener, Houston head coach Gary Kubiak had some nice words for rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill.

In a conference call with South Florida media, Kubiak discussed his familiarity with the Texas A&M product and said “There’s no doubt in my mind you’re talking about a franchise player.”

“He’s smart, great ability, moves around, makes plays off schedule. That’s what everybody’s looking for in this league.”

Kubiak also noted that while studying and evaluating the quarterback class in this year’s draft, he had a feeling this might be a guy who could get the nod Week 1.

“I’m not surprised with where he’s at and that he’s getting the opportunity to start on opening day. I thought he was heading in that direction coming out of college, so it’s really no surprise to me.”

It’s good to hear but I still wish he had some time on the sidelines. Good Luck Ryan

Yesterday released their power ranking. We are in no. 32, in other words; we can only go on one direction: UP!!! Good luck Ryan!
