Wake Needs to Bring the Heat
By on November 12, 2010 at 7:00 am

The Tennessee Titans come into Sun Life Stadium this Sunday sporting a 5-3 record and bring in an offense that has added wide receiver Randy Moss into the mix.

The veteran wide-out, who has 10 touchdown receptions in 10 games against the Dolphins, will make his Titans debut needing just 4 catches to pass former Buffalo Bill Andre Reed for the 8th most receptions in NFL history with 952.  The question remains what Titans quarterback will be trying to throw the football to Moss.  Vince Young left last week’s game against the Chargers with an ankle injury and was replaced by veteran Kerry Collins.

Dolphins linebacker Cameron Wake leads the AFC and ranks second in the NFL with 8.5 sacks.  He knows that it will be imperative to bring the heat regardless whether it’s Young or Collins at QB, so he help prevent big plays down the field.

I spoke to Cameron about the upcoming game with the Titans, what issues both Young and Collins present at quarterback, how tough to bring down is Tennessee running back Chris Johnson, and what had the addition of Al Harris meant to the team’s defense.
