The Dolphins announced a pair of roster moves today, as the team cut ties with defensive back Jason Allen and brought in veteran cornerback Al Harris, who was recently waived by the Packers. Allen was a first  round draft choice of the Dolphins in 2006.

Harris, meanwhile, has been in the NFL for 13 seasons, playing for Tampa Bay, Philadelphia, and Green Bay. A two-time Pro Bowl selection (2007-08), he is a Pompano Beach native and a graduate of Ely High School.
